Homeless Run Launches the Campaign «A Roof, A Future»
Help Us Transform Lives!
In Dublin, there are 9,000 homeless people, nearly a third of them are children, according to Dublin Live. Every night, these individuals face the uncertainty and hardship of sleeping on the streets. Without a safe place to rest, it is nearly impossible to rebuild their lives. That’s why at Homeless Run we have launched the campaign «A Roof, A Future,» with the goal of raising funds to get them off the streets and help them stay in hostels.
Our Mission
Providing Safety and Stability: By offering lodging in local hostels, we can provide homeless individuals with a safe place to sleep. A roof over their heads is the first step toward stability, allowing them to start rebuilding their lives, finding employment, and reintegrating into society.
Access to Opportunities: With a fixed address provided by the hostel, they will be able to apply for their social security number (PSS Number), an essential requirement for accessing job opportunities and starting to integrate back into society.
